William Died in December 1865. Cause of death is given as Fever, 3 Months. He is buried in St Patricks Catholic cemetery in Leytonstone, London.
A book titled "A Key to the High Mass for use of Visitors to Catholic Chapels" was published in London in 1842, written by William Keens. It is hard to know whether this William is my 2x great grandfather. Sadly it is not possible to see the William Keens book at the British Library because it was apparently destroyed by a German bomb in world war 2.
